Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders from the Sydney or Melbourne warehouse within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Once it has left the warehouse you will receive a email containing the tracking number and the courier company's details to follow it.
